When I was high school, the bullies in my class kept picking on me because I was stick thin. For a guy, it is worse to be stick thin than to be fat. For hours, I would lift weights to be able to be more muscular. Much to my dismay, nothing much has changed even after 7 months of doing the routine. After giving birth to my second child, I started to gain weight like crazy. A very important decision

I have been working abroad for five years now and I am very happy because my contract has ended and finally, I could go back to my homeland. I can’t wait to start a new life. I have saved enough to invest for my own house, car and probably to start a small business. But I felt sad when I heard the news a week ago about my cousin.
