I have been living with my uncle since I was in high school. That is why I’ve been very close to my cousin. We both study at the same school and even get the same course in college. But lately, my uncle and I are wondering about my cousin’s eating habit. At first, I thought that she was just on a strict diet but when she began to lose weight rapidly, I knew that there was something wrong. I told my uncle about my observation and we both got worried for her. So my uncle and I decided to talk to her about it. She was denying it initially, but at the end of our conversation, she finally admits that she is pursuing too much to become thin which she can’t control. I told her that she needs Anorexia treatment. We are grateful that she agreed. So the next day, I searched about the Eating Disorder Treatments. I felt relieved when I was redirected to the site that offers such program for anorexia and even for Bulimia Treatments. I was convinced that my cousin really needs that kind of treatment especially when I read more about the signs of anorexia. My cousin has been skipping meals most of the time, experienced extreme loss of weight, her skin becomes very dry and been constantly worrying about being overweight. I am confident that my cousin will get the right treatment that she needs. The residential treatment facility which is renowned for its innovative eating disorder therapies will definitely be a great help for my cousin’s renewal. I told my uncle about it and showed to him the site and the treatment plan that they provide. My uncle will call them tomorrow for the initial phone interview and will make financial arrangements afterwards. We need not to worry for my cousin since the primary therapist will keep us aware of what is happening with the treatment.
